NetoMatix.com will fully refund most items within 30 days of receipt. 14 days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on:

• Computers
• Monitors
• Printers
• Notebook Computers

Restocking fees will be applied to ANY product not returned in "like new condition" including missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories or manuals. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges of any opened notebook computer, unless defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong product was delivered.

30 days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our merchandise.

In order to receive credit for these items, they must be unopened. If the original is defective, you may be able to exchange these items by sending an email to support@netomatix.com.

For defective software please contact our support team by sending an email to support@netomatix.com. Our team will help you in resolving the issue in timely manner. If we determing that the software is not working because of a bug in the application, we will issue a refund for your purchase. If the software defect is due to problem with your environment or attempted install on unsupported platform, then NetoMatix.com will not issue any refund. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned; it may only be exchanged for the same product.
